We want you to feel completely cozy with your purchase; if your Lola Blanket isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Blanket

  Place the blanket in its original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
